![]() | Angela BrownAngela Brown is the Co-Owner and Artistic Director of Sundown Productions & Events, with a lifelong passion for dance, theatre, and live entertainment. Her love of dance began at just three years old, sparking a career that has seen her train extensively, perform professionally, and create her own opportunities in the industry. At 18, Angela opened her own dance studio, building it into a thriving hub for over a decade before passing the studio on to one of her protégés. From there, her creativity expanded into event management, where she launched and ran successful boutique markets across Sydney and the Central Coast. She continued to share her passion for movement through teaching at full time dance studios and establishing her own boutique gym, combining her love of performance with fitness. Today, Angela is at the helm of Sundown Productions, producing acclaimed cabaret-style shows. She has currently ran successful seasons on the Gold Coast and in Airlie Beach, with the highly popular NOSTALGIA show soon to light up the Central Coast. “The energy of the stage, the creativity, the music, the costumes, the thrill of the crowd, and the magic of the moment, that’s what I live for,” Angela says. “As a performer, entertainer, marketer, and producer, the stage will always be home.” |
Emmalene TinsonEmmalene is a professional dancer with a diverse background in both performance and choreography after years of dancing growing up. After studying full-time dance for two years at Lee Academy she earned her Certificate IV in Dance and a Diploma of Musical Theatre. With these qualifications, she launched her career as a performer, and for over four years, she toured as a dancer in the acclaimed cabaret cirque show ‘Infamous’, touring across Australia and America. In addition to her role as a dancer, Emmalene has contributed to the show as a choreographer, bringing her creative vision to the stage. She is passionate about teaching and has shared her expertise as a Commercial Heels choreographer at ‘The Scene’ on the Gold Coast. Her versatility as a performer is evident in her recent engagements at the Adelaide Fringe Festival in 2024, where she performed with both ‘Infamous’ and ‘Circus Spectacular’. With a wealth of experience in both the studio and on the stage, Emmalene continues to inspire audiences and dancers alike through her dynamic performances and innovative choreography. In collaboration with Co-Director Angela Brown, Emmalene co-founded Sundown Productions to bring the magic of cabaret, theatre, and performance to Airlie Beach. With a shared passion for the arts, they aim to create vibrant, immersive experiences that showcase talent while celebrating the dynamic world of live entertainment. | ![]() |
